Largs SWI 2025-2026 Membership Fee's
For less than the cost of a piece of cake & a coffee (just £4.58 per month) full members can attend our monthly meetings with fantastic speakers & events (plus tea/coffee & biscuit/cake), and attend the Largs SWI Community Sewing Club, Woodworking classes in collaboration with CCC Mens Shed, Theatre trips and Concerts, Christmas and Summer outings, SWI National and Federation events, access the ‘members only’ area on their website and much, much more. Best of all, you will meet the most wonderful, like-minded women in our area and make friends for life! That’s not bad, is it?
2025-2026 Annual Fees
To keep providing all the benefits you enjoy, we’re making a small adjustment to the annual fee - but your membership will still be partially subsidised by Largs SWI.
From September 2025 Full Membership will be £55*
Payment can be made in full in September or in two instalments: £33 in September and £22 in October
We can accept Cash or Direct Bank Transfer Payments

Alternatively, you may come to any of our monthly meetings for a one-off payment of £8.00. This includes all activities on the night plus tea/coffee & cake/biscuits but does not include full SWI membership benefits.
* The membership fee is made up of National SWI, Local Federation and Largs SWI shares. National SWI’s share has increased from £30 to £33 per year. Ayrshire Federation’s share is £6 per year and Largs SWI share will now be £16 (reduced from £19 to provide a £3 subsidy to members).

Volunteering opportunities
- Members can contribute to the Creative Craft Show, Royal Highland Show, and help lead the SWI into the future as part of its Board of Trustees, committees, and Heritage Project. We thank everyone who is “giving back to our beloved SWI”.
